A provider page proves the claim was made; it cannot independently prove scale, privacy, security, solvency or global licensing.
LIVE OBSERVATION
Telemetry, RPC and support access need configuration-specific tests. Absence from documentation is recorded as unknown, not private.
POR LIMIT
Proof of reserves may support snapshot inclusion. It is not a financial audit, privacy review or current solvency guarantee.
